3 Years Hollow is a melodic hard rock band from the Quad Cities area of Illinois and Iowa. The band signed with BandMonkey to release Hope In Darkness, an upcoming album that includes “Grudge.”

Released as a single on March 26, 2026, “Grudge” was recorded and mixed by Jose Urquiza at The Attic Recording in Geneseo, Illinois.

The band’s catalog includes the Remember EP and The Cracks, its 2014 album produced by Sevendust guitarist Clint Lowery. The Cracks includes “Chemical Ride,” “Hungry,” and “For Life,” which also features Lowery. Other collaborations with Sevendust include “The Other Side” and “Find Me,” both featuring Morgan Rose.
