Giving it all onstage. Recharging for the next song.

Brad Arnold loved giving his all onstage and taking time at home to find fresh inspiration for songwriting: “go home and rest up and recharge.”

This BandMonkey Rocks Vault interview was filmed October 26, 2005, at Toledo Sports Arena in Toledo, Ohio, during 3 Doors Down’s Seventeen Days Tour, with Shinedown and Alter Bridge on the bill.

That night’s set included “Kryptonite,” “Away From the Sun,” “Let Me Go,” “Landing in London,” “Here Without You,” and “When I’m Gone.”

BandMonkey nailed the resting part. Still waiting on the talent.
